Are you interested in gin and food?? Then we want you!
Our unique gin bar Tīni House, located on the waterfront in Akaroa (1hr from Christchurch) requires a junior chef to join our team in our gin bar kitchen, where you’ll assist with creating gin-inspired dishes to complement our gin bar and soon to be, gin distilling school. **Requirements:** – A culinary education or some kitchen know-how to keep things cooking. – A knack for following food safety guidelines while maintaining a spotless kitchen. – Mad skills with knives and a good grasp of basic cooking techniques. – A genuine passion for developing a gin-inspired menu that complements the Gin Bar/School. – A dash of adaptability and a sprinkle of willingness to learn and contribute. – And, of course, a side of humour that pairs well with gin!
