Mixologist For Our Waterfront Gin Bar & Eatery

We’re on the lookout for a Mixologist ideally with a genuine interest in distilling. You’ll have a flair for designing and crafting new cocktails, a passion for gin, and a knack for organizing unforgettable events.

**What you’ll do** – Create innovative cocktails, with a special emphasis on gin creations. – Stay current with the latest drink trends and developments in the hospitality industry. – Play a key role in the distilling process, leading and coordinating gin classes while sharing your knowledge with guests. – Plan and host a variety of events, including distilling classes, gin tastings, and other engaging gatherings. – Provide leadership by training and sharing your knowledge and experience with the team.

**Ideal Requirements** – Extensive cocktail knowledge, especially with gin. – Experience or a genuine passion for distilling, with a solid understanding of the distillation process. – Proven ability to confidently organize and lead classes and events. – A valid Duty Manager’s license & LCQ – Exceptional customer service and communication skills. – Producing content and managing social media platforms. – A warm, engaging personality with a deep passion for hospitality, gin, and educating others.
