Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for a number of phone based roles around the city. This is a great opportunity to boost the travel funds for later and enhance your CV.
$20- 22 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Customer Service is more than answering calls or sitting behind a desk – it’s about assessing queries, providing solutions, turning around situations and leaving customers with a positive experience of the company.
You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and emails while providing a high quality of customer service through fast and efficient response times. Providing accurate information to enquiries about services and products with a high degree of empathy will be your priority. This is a fast paced, high volume environment so expect your days to fly by!
