One fully furnished room (only single bed provided) available in a modern 3-storey home:
• Double Room – $350 per week

Location perks:

What’s included:
• Rent and utilities (power, internet, water)
• Food not included – you provide your own

Board-in-Lieu

Instead of paying rent in full, you can work off part of your board:
• Minimum wage credit is applied against your rent
• 5 hours of work per week = $100 credit

• Additional rent owing can be paid out

Housekeeping structure (approx. 12 hrs weekly):
• Vacuuming & mopping floors – 1 hr weekly
• Cleaning 3 bathrooms – 1 hr weekly
• Kitchen & lounge clean – 1 hr weekly
• Changing beds – 1 hr weekly
• Dusting & windows – 1 hr weekly

House rules
• A 3-year-old lives here – family-friendly, not a party house
• No visitors unless approved - very rare to be allowed
• No smoking, drinking, or inappropriate behaviour on the property
