Job Title: Temporary Builder

Location: Ohakune, New Zealand

Duration: 2 months (potential for extension)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced temporary builder to join our team in Ohakune. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in finishing a construction project. The project is nearing completion, with the cladding phase almost finished. The remaining tasks include decks, tongue and grooved lining, and various other finishing jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the existing construction team to complete the remaining tasks on the project.
- Install decks, ensuring they are built to industry standards and project specifications.
- Install tongue and grooved lining for walls and ceilings.
- Perform various finishing jobs
- Ensure all work is completed with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
- Trade qualification in building or carpentry is essential.
- Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in finishing work.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding construction plans.
- Strong skills in deck installation, tongue and grooved lining, and finishing work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and project stakeholders.

This is a temporary position with a duration of 2 months, but for the right person, there may be opportunities for extension.
