Job Description
We have just opened a small 20 person restaurant and wine bar located by the sea in Ferrymead.
We are after a chef or cook or who can manage our small open kitchen.
Ideally you will need to be personable and happy to interact with customers from our open kitchen.
After a 'bedding in' period where you will get to understand our concept and direction, you will be able to have creative licence to indulge in wonderful, everchanging, seasonally inspired dishes.
We can help with guidance for costings and stock ordering, we are just looking for the right person to work with our small team.
This is not just a job it is an opportunity to join a small passionate team of hospitality professionals who are creating a little bit of France in Christchurch.
French speakers encouraged but not necessary
