Cook In Our Waterfront Gin Bar!

Do you have a keen interest in both gin and food?

If so, we’re looking for you! Our one-of-a-kind gin bar, Tīni House ( Tīni is the Māori word for gin), is situated by the waterfront in Akaroa, just an hour’s drive from Christchurch.

We’re in search of a cook to join our team in the kitchen of our waterfront gin bar. In this role, you’ll be helping create gin-inspired dishes that complements our gin bar and, in the near future, our gin distilling school.

**Requirements:** – Kitchen experience to keep the culinary magic flowing. – A talent for adhering to food safety protocols while maintaining an impeccably clean kitchen. – Exceptional knife skills and a strong foundation in fundamental cooking techniques. – A passion for gin and a desire to collaborate on a gin-inspired menu that complements our gin bar. – A willingness to adapt and learn, with a dash of humour that pairs well with gin!
