Job Description

We are now recruiting energetic and enthusiastic event hands to join the team on a casual basis over the busy summer season (Oct-April).

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the build and dismantling of Hampton marquees (no experience is required, you can learn from the best in the job).
- Delivering and setting up furniture for weddings and events.
- Loading & unloading furniture and equipment into vehicles.
- Maintenance of furniture and equipment

Specifications, experience & skills:
- Previous experience of working with and erecting marquees is an advantage, although we will consider applicants with no previous experience.
- A standard full Drivers License and means of getting to the warehouse is essential. The warehouse is based in Drury where the team meets onsite before travelling all over to execute weddings and events.
- Reliable and trustworthy – show respect for customers’ property.
- Awareness of health & safety with a focus on creating safe structures.
- Excellent eye for detail. For e.g. checking cleanliness of furniture, work quality and furniture displays.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Good team player
- Fit - there is a bit of heavy lifting!

Every event is different, and we get to visit some of the most stunning locations.
