Head Grounds Person (permanent Position)

Job Description
Do you like to work outdoors, have experience in grounds maintenance, love a well-manicured lawn, and are the go-to fix-it person? If so, The Camp lake Hawea is looking for a Groundsperson/Maintenance Head to join our team at The Camp, Lake Wānaka.
This is a busy and demanding role that will see you working with and reporting to the Camp Manager and owners. Rubbish/leaves/gardening/general maintenance to keep things looking amazing for guests!
The ideal candidate would be physically fit, able to work unsupervised, have great time management skills, a general knowledge of handy-person skills and the use of generic tools.
Previous experience with building, and interior / exterior painting would be an advantage.
You must be a team player and willing to chip in and help with a wide-range of tasks.
The role requires 18 months prior experience. As we are a 7 day/week operation, the flexibility to work weekends is imperative.
