Senior Lifeguard

Take the plunge into this senior role - we're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Lifeguard to join our team at CBay!

Bring your go-getter attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong team approach. As a Senior Lifeguard, you will be responsible for leading the lifeguard team, keeping each shift performing at its highest, and assisting in the day-to-day running of CBay.

You will play a key part in ensuring that all customers not only have a fantastic experience, but a safe one.

Bring your:

awesome leadership and communication skills
ability to stay calm in busy and pressured situations.
Keen eye for spotting potential hazards and preventing incidents

You'll need to currently hold a First Aid Certificate as well as a Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate, however, full training will be provided for the right applicant. This is a full-time position and hours will be on a rostered basis so reliability and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts is crucial.
