Job Description
We are looking for a fabulous Duty Manager to join Hawker & Roll Queenstown!
We love someone who can do a great job and enjoy themselves whilst they're at it; someone with a bucket load of personality - you can crack a joke or two, and build rapport with customers and crew alike, all whilst delivering an amazing customer experience.
At Hawker everyone is a talented all-rounder. You deliver great customer service up front but you are also the magic behind the scenes; you'll be steaming and frying our favourite wontons and dumplings, prepping to perfection, preparing our delicious laksa's and fluffy rotis - and of course creating our signature Hawker Rolls.
Our perfect person:
Has a valid Duty Managers certificate
Are a confident and friendly people person who gets along with everyone
Loves spinning a good yarn and getting to know your customers
Has experience in a similar role
Ideally has experience in the kitchen - but enthusiasm and being keen to learn also considered
Is a great salesperson who can get our customers excited by our adventurous menu and can upsell like a pro
