Hotel / Restaurant Duty Manager. $23 - $25 / hour + benefits

We are looking for a reliable, competent and positive person to join our exciting business operation in Ohakune. As duty Manager, you will be leading the shift in the absence of the Hotel or Restaurant Manager. This is a hands-on role and you will be working in active operation.

Your key responsibilities are:
Make sure your team operates efficiently
Maintain customer satisfaction
Prevent / solve issues as they arise
Maximise sales

The day to day operations involve:
Morning breakfast / cafe service from 7:00 - 10:00
Snowman Spa from 09:00 - 21:00
Housekeeping from 08:00 - 14:00
Rice Restaurant service from 15:00 - 22:00

Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, you must be available to work on weekends. You will be reporting to the Hotel manager and Restaurant manager. Depending on your expertise, you may be working morning or afternoon shifts.
