Duty Manager

Seeking a Duty Manager who is passionate about food, beverage & customer satisfaction. Accommodation and visa application support for the right person

We are looking for someone who can manage day to day operations of a busy restaurant/bar. Applicants must have *Front of house experience with good references. *Strong people management skills and leadership qualities which will create a positive team culture *Good time management and communication skills *Flexibility of working hours *Accurate admin and numeracy skills, cash handling and till balancing *Be able to work under pressure *A customer focused approach to management style and service *A professional, can do attitude *Hold a current LCQ certificate and their duty managers certificate

Duties will include (but are not limited to) *Managing food and beverage service *Monitoring appropriate service and performance standards *Training/recruitment of the front of house team including development, coaching and mentoring staff *Rostering of staff *Maintaining inventory levels, purchasing, ordering, stocktake *Opening and closing of restaurant and bar *Marketing and advertising
