Job Description
When you take a role in a kitchen you join a sports team.
It's a night of speed, teamwork and thinking on your feet.
Quick jobs on a regular day look like peeling a mountain of carrots and scooping endless litres of ice cream.
Service is fast and fun. Teamwork and speed are the only way to beat 6pm rush.
After service there's a mountain of dishes, floors to sweep and equipment to wipe down. Like a real sports team, everyone pitches in.
End times can vary depending on what guests are doing. Cobb chefs are typically finishing up around 9-10pm.
We're after someone who likes the heat of a kitchen, is fast on their feet and wants to be a part of somewhere they can call home.
