Job Description
We are looking for someone with that drive and passion to oversee our people, performance and process with hands-on front of house leadership across our hospitality hotspots; Urban Grind, b.social and Hawea Hotel operating under the Dropping Inn umbrella.
The right candidate would be passionate about hospitality and all things food and wine, with a positive attitude and roster flexibility.
Previous experience in hospitality certainly help, including but not exclusive to:
Barista skills
Time management/ multi-tasking skills
Basic food and beverage knowledge
We are also looking for a specific attitude and personality to fit in with our tight-knit team.
We are prepared to provide training but you must be:
Enthusiastic & committed
Very well presented with excellent communication
Passionate about food & wine
Ready to make an impression and exceed expectations
