We are on the lookout for candidates to join our team as Factory Hand who will be working our Apple and Kiwifruit Packhouse, based in Motueka supporting the business as we head into our busy period.
We are looking for:
x 8 Factory Hand – Day Shift (6:00am to 4:00pm) Between February until August who will be working from Monday to Saturday.
Considering that this will be a busy season for us, you will be required to work most Saturdays in order to meet our customer and production demands.
The role involves:
•Physical ‘hands on’ running of and assisting on the machines
•Working as part of a team
•Understanding and ensuring safety, quality and production requirements are met
•General factory duties including loading conveyors etc.

•Have a hard-working ethic and the willingness to learn
•Use your initiative
•Be safety conscious
•Work effectively with minimum supervision
•Be reasonably physically fit – some manual handling & lifting applies
•Some positions a mechanical aptitude would be an advantage– good at working with machinery
•Ability to work overtime
