Chefs, Foh & Housekeeping

Hi there,
Its the start of a new season at The Bealey Hotel in Arthurs Pass and we are looking for YOU ?
The live in (Salary, accommodation & bills included) positions we have available are:

1 x Head Chef, 1 x Second Chef & 1 Kitchen Hand/Prep chef

3 x FOH = Bar/Waiting (maybe helping in Housekeeping or kitchen if wanted or needed when FOH is quiet) Duty Managers Cert would be amazing

2 x Housekeeping

WE ARE VERY REMOTE & YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A CAR!!!

The hotel is 1hr 40mins from Christchurch and 1hr 15mins from Hokitika which is where the nearest big shops are. There is a small cafe and basics store in Arthurs pass.
We are right on the edge of Arthurs Pass National Park which is 1,185km of wilderness. There are heaps of tramping, walking and hiking tracks. There is Bouldering 30 mins down the road at Castle Hill and Club ski fields at Temple Basin. We have fibre internet and fairly decent cell service at the hotel, but limited cell signal in the parks.
Start dates are around the end of September but this is flexible depending on requirements, in an ideal world we are looking for full season staff Oct - March. 5 days a week (6 if wanted)

Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
