Bartenders/ Duty Manager

Job Title: Full-Time Bar Staff – Queenstown Bar
Location: Queenstown, New Zealand

The Role:
As a full-time member of our bar team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving drinks, hosting customers and maintaining a clean and efficient bar area, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Duty Managers (or those working towards their LCQ) are highly encouraged to apply, but it’s not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Serve drinks and take customer orders confidently and efficiently
    •    Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation behind the bar
    •    Handle payments and operate POS systems
    •    Contribute to a fun and safe environment for staff and patrons
    •    Support opening/closing duties and assist with stock management

What We’re Looking For:
    •    Bar experience essential (1+ years preferred)
    •    LCQ or Duty Manager’s Certificate a big plus, but not required
    •    Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
    •    Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
    •    Available nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
