Calf-rearer

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated calf rearer to help us this coming season to rear 300 calves. We also do beef and bobby calves picked up at 4 days old.

Previous experience is preferred, but we can provide training for the right person

Calving starts 20th July to mid- September. Roster 4 on 3 off
Must be able to work independently and as part of team.

We are located 6km outside of Ashburton. This is a drive-in position but accommodation can potentially be arranged

What we need from you:
A high standard of animal health and record keeping
Good communication and punctuality
Physically fit and a can-do attitude
