Flower Pickers $$$ Late October 2025

Contract (piece rate) (not low hourly rate) Kiwifruit Flower Picking.
Potential to earn really good money. You get paid for what you pick $$$$
Suitable for self motivated energetic people with a high level of fitness. If you can pick kiwifruit, cherries or other fruit fast you will do well at flower picking.
All Male (best orchards to make $$$) in Edgecumbe area (close to Whakatane) lasts approx 2.5 weeks starting approx 25-28th Oct then we change to another all male Orchard in Tauranga Oropi area for another week and a half.
Should you fall below minimum wage (it's never happened before) we will top your up to minimum wage :)
Approx 3.5- 4 weeks of earning awesome money if you are fast, determined and focused.
Hours of work will vary in bad weather etc but spring weather is usually pretty stable. We work in showers but not heavy rain.Our best exceptional pickers have earned $65+ dollars gross per hour, a good focused picker makes $35-40 gross per hour based on past seasons.
Must be over 160cm tall male or females. Our best pickers last year was a hard working couple.
Must be self motivated and hungry for $$$ and not afraid to work for it :))
Suit WHV tourists, couples, singles, friends, groups.
Suit people with own self contained vans, cars for sleeping, 2 camp grounds within 30 mins of orchards who have deals for long term stays of over 2 weeks and some freedom camping areas by beautiful beaches around the area.

We are a fun energised team who have been flower picking for 10 years. We will teach you how to make the best money :)
