FIT Working for Accommodation - Job Description Summary
Tasks required will range from mainly Housekeeping, General Maintenance (ie: Gardening, Washing vehicles, painting)

General Hours
Minimum of 12 to 18 hours per week in exchange for accommodation which also includes free Wi-Fi, free laundry, free sauna (conditions apply). The hours required will be separated over 4 to 6 days per week. Monday to Sunday inclusive. These hours are generally worked from 10am to 1pm or 2pm.

Duties and Responsibilities
Clean rooms and public areas in accordance with rosters and/or daily objectives in a timely manner.
Ensure that all standards are met and that set procedures are followed.
Follow all health and safety processes and report any issues or possible hazards
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Receive any customer requests or complaints and fulfil or pass on to management as appropriate.
Maintain absolute customer privacy and respect customer property.
Maintain an excellent relationship with the front office staff to ensure the procedures between the front office and housekeeping crew achieve the desired result relating to guest room availability, guest lost property and any other matters.

Relevant Certifications/Qualifications required
Current Working Visa for New Zealand
IRD number

Personal Attributes
Great interpersonal skills
Good personal hygiene
Able to work as part of a team
Honest and Reliable
Eye for detail
