Working in a Mexican food trailer doing a mix of prep and lunch/dinner shifts. Usually 35+ hours worked over 4 days to allow 3 days off per week. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be comfortable to help out in other areas of the kitchen as required such as taking orders and dishes.
Ability to multi-task is essential !
Small and close knit working team environment, offering a great work/lifestyle balance. Previous chef/cooking experience is required
