We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated and service-driven Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play an integral role in creating memorable stays for our guests from around the world.

Working closely with our General Manager and Guest Experience team, you will:

Welcome guests and deliver exceptional personalised service throughout their stay.
Coordinate bespoke guest experiences, dining, activities and special occasions.
Manage reservations, guest communications and administrative responsibilities.
Support the daily operation of one of New Zealand's leading luxury estates.
Assist in developing new guest experiences and continually enhancing our luxury offering.
Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.
