Best Berries is one of New Zealand's leading strawberry growers, based in Kumeū, Auckland. We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team for fruit pruning and general farm work.

About the Role
We have an immediate start available for a physically fit and motivated person who enjoys working outdoors.

This is a hands-on role involving fruit pruning and a variety of general farm duties. You'll be working as part of a friendly team helping maintain our crops and farm.

Duties include:
* Fruit pruning
* General farm work
* Planting and crop maintenance
* Harvest support when required
* Irrigation and general farm maintenance
* General labouring and keeping work areas tidy
* Following health and safety procedures

About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Is physically fit and enjoys outdoor work.
* Is reliable, hardworking and has a positive attitude.
* Can work well in a team.
* Is willing to learn.
* Holds a current New Zealand or International driver's licence
* Has reliable transport to Kumeū.

Previous farm or horticultural experience is helpful but not essential—full training will be provided.
