Engage NZ is expanding — and we’re looking for our next wave of people in Christchurch.


That growth means we’re building the team here in Christchurch too, and we’re looking for 3–5 motivated people to come on board.

First things first — this isn’t a call centre.

Our work is 100% face-to-face.

We represent some of New Zealand’s biggest and most important organisations through direct customer acquisition, whether that’s knocking doors, working events and expos, or speaking directly with businesses.

If you’re comfortable talking to people, think on your feet and actually enjoy being around people, you’ll probably fit in pretty well.

Who are we?

Engage NZ is in the industry of sales and marketing, our company has spent the last 2+ years helping major organisations connect with new customers and supporters.

We’ve worked with organisations including Save the Children, MSF, Childfund & many more amazing companies.

We’re not obsessed with finding people who already know how to sell.

We’re looking for people who know how to work.

Good attitude, personality, consistency and ambition matter far more to us than having a perfect CV.

The sales skills? We’ll teach you those.

You’ll learn how to approach people, start conversations, understand their needs, present a product or cause properly and ultimately turn those conversations into results.

🤩 Work alongside the team or independently to hit your targets.
