About Best Berries

Best Berries is one of New Zealand's leading strawberry growers based in Kumeū, Auckland. As we continue to develop our property and visitor destination, we're looking for reliable Construction Labourers to help with a range of outdoor construction, landscaping and site improvement projects.


About the Role

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and wants to be part of a friendly team.

You'll assist with a variety of construction and site works, including fencing, landscaping, drainage, concreting and general labouring. Every day is different, and you'll be working across a range of exciting projects as we continue to develop our property.


Key Responsibilities

* General construction labouring.
* Assisting with fencing installation and repairs.
* Site preparation and landscaping.
* Drainage and trenching work.
* Assisting with concreting and light building projects.
* Operating tools and equipment safely.
* General maintenance and clean-up.
* Following health and safety procedures.


About You

We're looking for someone who:
* Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors.
* Has construction, landscaping, fencing or general labouring experience (preferred but not essential).
* Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Can work well in a team.
* Is reliable and willing to learn.
* Holds a current driver's licence (preferred) or an International license
*Has the legal right to work in New Zealand.
