Description:
Monavale Blueberries is a family owned and operated orchard and we have been growing organic blueberries since 1985. Our 40-hectare orchard is situated in the heart of the Waikato, on the Moanatuatua Plains with views to Pirongia, Maungatautari and Kakepuku mountains. Our orchard has full BioGro NZ organic status, and we are New Zealand’s largest certified organic blueberry orchard.
In December 2009 we opened Cafe Irresistiblue on our orchard. The cafe overlooks our orchard and surrounding farmland with views to the mountains beyond. The cafe is a culmination of our family vision to create a unique venue with delicious food and drinks, where people can enjoy peaceful, country surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of towns. Our orchard pantry shop is also based at our cafe.
