Pier Beauty is Auckland CBD's newest luxury massage destination, designed to deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and staff. We're looking for a motivated Shift Manager to help lead our team and ensure every shift runs smoothly.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the business, supporting staff, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining our high standards.

Responsibilities
Lead and support the team during your shift
Ensure exceptional customer service
Manage bookings and daily operations
Assist with staff training and onboarding
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
Complete opening and closing procedures

What We're Looking For
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Strong communication and organisation skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Reliable, professional and confident
Available evenings and weekends
