The role:

In these Food & Beverage Attendant roles, you’ll welcome guests, serve meals and beverages, and ensure every dining experience is delivered with care and precision. You’ll be part of a busy, high-performing restaurant and bar team that takes pride in creating memorable moments.

Whether it’s breakfast, dinner, bar or special events, your attention to detail, teamwork, and positive attitude will help us deliver outstanding service every time.

What we're looking for:

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience
- For the Bar role, experience preparing cocktails and serving beverages
- For the Dinner role, experience in à la carte restaurant service
- A warm, professional manner with a genuine guest-focused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Initiative, energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
