Builder’s Labourer – Immediate Start
📍 Auckland | 💰 24–26/hr (based on experience) | ⏱️ 40+ hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Builder’s Labourers to join our team working on a range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Auckland.
This is a hands-on role supporting experienced tradespeople on active construction sites, with the opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
General labouring on construction sites
Assisting carpenters and other trades
Site clean-up and material handling
Basic construction tasks (measuring, cutting, lifting)
Following health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong focus on health & safety
Own transport preferred
Site Safe passport preferred but not essential
Previous construction or labouring experience preferred but not essential
