Live In Demi Au Pair

**Live-in Au Pair Wanted – Putāruru, New Zealand**

Hi there!

We are a family of 5 looking for a live-in au pair to join us during our busy calving season from mid July through August, with the possibility of staying longer if it suits everyone.

We live on a dairy farm near the beautiful Blue Spring in Putāruru, about 45 minutes to an hour from Rotorua, Hamilton, Tauranga and Taupo.

We have three children aged 8, 6 and 2. All of the children attend school or childcare during the week. I work part time and my partner works long hours on the farm during calving, so we are looking for an extra pair of hands to help keep things running smoothly.

The role will include childcare, preparing simple family meals, school and childcare pick ups, laundry, light housework and helping around the home.

A typical week would look something like:

* Sunday: 6am to 3/4pm with the children
* Monday: 1pm to 6/7pm, school and childcare pick ups, childcare and dinner prep
* Tuesday: 1pm to 6/7pm, school and childcare pick ups, childcare and dinner prep
* Wednesday: 10am to 3pm, household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, changing bedding and meal preparation

We are looking for someone who is responsible, enjoys spending time with children, and has the confidence and initiative to plan activities and keep the children entertained without needing constant direction. Our kids love being outdoors, so someone who enjoys nature, adventures and getting out and about would be a great fit.

You would be part of our family and have your own room in our home. We provide food, accommodation, weekly pocket money and use of a vehicle. We also have a beach house that can be used when you are not working for us as a getaway.

You must hold a valid New Zealand Working Holiday Visa and a full driver's licence.
