About the Role:
Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? We're looking for enthusiastic Front of House staff to join our growing team on a part-time and full-time basis.
As a Front of House team member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring every visitor leaves feeling valued and satisfied. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on delivering excellent service. Ideally you’ll have an interest in a long-term role with room for growth and development. The position is open to part-time and full-time candidates.
About the Company:
The Butcher Baker is a destination, farm-to-table restaurant operating across day and night with a focus on high quality dining, beverage and service. Located in the countryside of North West Auckland, just 40 minutes from Auckland CBD.
Requirements:

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
Previous hospitality experience essential – some training provided
Must be available weekdays, nights, weekends and have flexibility to work double shifts
Strong communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining service standards
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
