Pier Beauty Auckland has recently opened its doors and we're looking for a warm, professional, and enthusiastic Receptionist / Front of House team member to help us create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

As the face of our studio, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business from the beginning and be part of building something special.

About the Role

As our Receptionist, you will:
- Greet and engage clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Handle appointment bookings, confirmations, and re-bookings
- Respond to client enquiries in person, over the phone, and online
- Consult with clients regarding their needs and services
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Ensure clients are comfortable and well looked after before, during, and after their appointments
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative duties
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint

About You

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous receptionist, customer service, retail sales, or front-of-house experience
- A highly energetic, positive, and confident attitude
- A warm, friendly, and engaging personality
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Professional presentation and grooming standards
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Hours & Availability

Pier Beauty Auckland is open 7 days a week, and we are looking for someone who can offer flexibility across weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Availability during peak periods, including evenings and weekends, is highly desirable.
