Join our Italian inspired venues at St Clair beach in Dunedin. Well managed and highly systematised businesses, with opportunities for professional growth and promotion.
*Bartenders - Experience & confidence required in all aspects of bar service, cocktail making and dispense.
*Waitstaff - Experience & confidence in section waiting, full service, tray work
Wine knowledge / interest an advantage.
Piccolo Wine Bar - an intimate neighbourhood bar in St Clair, Dunedin.
Open 6 nights a week, our wine bar and bottle shop focuses on interesting wines, well crafted cocktails, delicious snacks and thoughtful service.
Piccolo bartender or waitstaff role will suit someone who:
*Has previous high calibre bar tending or table service experience (min 2yrs)
*Enjoys wine, confident to offer informed recommendations and personalised service
*Prefers a boutique, quality venue over loud late night bars
*Takes pride in presentation, product knowledge and guest experience
Piccolo operates with a small, experienced team.

*Is confident dealing with a wide range of customers as a section waiter or bartender

*Is customer focused and systems orientated
