Experienced Machine Operators – Long-Term Project | Christchurch

We’re seeking highly experienced operators to join a major civil project in Christchurch.
This is a stable 3-month opportunity with long hours and consistent workflow for the right candidates.

Positions Available:
• 2x Skid Steer Operators
• 1x Excavator Operator

Location: Bromley, Christchurch
Start Date: 16 April 2026
Duration: Approx. 3 months
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Rate: Competitive and aligned with experience

Project Scope:
You’ll be working on specialised civil works including stone columns, material handling and supporting site operations as part of an established crew.

We’re Looking For:
• Proven, hands-on operating experience
• Strong understanding of site safety and procedures
• Reliable, professional and consistent work ethic
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-output environment
