Job Description
Oropi Management Services Ltd is a family-owned and operated kiwifruit management company based in Oropi, Tauranga. Established in 2007, we’ve built a strong reputation for providing reliable orchard services and creating a great working environment.
We’re now looking for motivated workers to join our team for the 2026 kiwifruit harvest season.
This is piece-rate work (paid per bin) — the more you pick, the more you earn. We offer competitive rates, and work will be starting very soon.
We’re proud of our friendly, social team culture. Throughout the season, we host plenty of staff dinners and BBQs, social gatherings, and team events — making it a fun and rewarding experience both on and off the orchard.
Free freedom camping is available for workers, including:
• Toilets/Shower
• Cooking facilities
Requirements
Applicants must have:
• NZ citizenship or a valid NZ work visa
• IRD number
• NZ bank account
• Ability and motivation to work outdoors in a physical role
• Height approximately 160–190 cm (to comfortably work under kiwifruit vines)
