- We have Accommodation and Freedom camping available at a beautiful organic farm in Aongatete, close to the orchards we will be pruning.
- For those wanting a little more than the freedom camping option, we also have a facilities block available for staff to camp outside and use for a small fee. Everything is included! Laundry, dryer, wifi etc. A great way to make friends and build a fantastic community
- We pay a piece rate, aiming to get staff earning.
- We have an awesome core team; with respectful and supportive supervisors, experienced machinery operators and an organised operation to make sure all our jobs run as smoothly as possible. We also have great casual staff join us and often find people make great friends to make their time with us fun and memorable. The pizza and beer/drink nights after work help!
- We also don't work weekends, allowing you to rest and have time to explore and build friendships when working with us
