Night Auditor/ Duty Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our small, friendly and professional Front Office team as a Night Auditor.

This role is for 5 shifts per week (approximately 40hours) . The hours are predominantly between 11.00pm and 7.00am, however some flexibility is required.

As a Night Auditor you will ensure the smooth running of the Front Office Department and will engage with a wide variety of guests from around the world.

The successful applicant will have:

Previous Front Office experience (12 months preferred)

The role involves basic accounting and data entry, therefore computer literacy is a must

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Passion for the hotel industry

Effective supervision of late guest arrivals and early departures ensuring that room allocations and check-in/ checkout process follow set procedures and are customer focused.

Ensure that reservations details for in house- guests are recorded corrected in the PMS.
