Job Description
Slatts Ladders Ltd is looking for reliable seasonal workers to join our tray making team during the avocado harvest.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role assembling and stacking kiwifruit trays ready for packing. The work is indoors and suits people who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team.
What you’ll be doing:
Working in a team of two on a machine
One person loading cardboard into the machine the other stacking and quality checking completed trays
Keeping your work area tidy and safe
Working efficiently to meet daily targets
What we’re looking for:
Physically fit and able to be on your feet
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and team-focused
Able to follow instructions and work at pace
