Job Description

This role is for experienced bread bakers who have a passion for bread and the bread making process.

You will need to ..
*Be able to shape sourdough and other bread
*Be able to mix dough from scratch
*Be able to operate deck/rotational ovens in a large scale commercial artisan bakery.
*Work in a fast paced environment
*Love working in a team environment

We bake 7 days a week and most shifts starting at 9.00am but if you are an experienced mixer or great with ovenwork then a 7am start may be required. Rostered 5 days on 2 days off.
You must be able to work weekends, public holidays and be available for at least 4 months

Please note we are a bread bakery not a pattisserie or cake bakery. You would be part of a large team producing artisan bread on scale.

We are seeking NZ residents/valid NZ work visas or working holiday visas for this role.
