Shift Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Manager to oversee operations during evening and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensure excellent customer service, and support the team in maintaining smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support staff during assigned shifts

- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met

- Open and/or close the salon as required

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally

- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and security procedures

- Manage cash handling, and end-of-shift reports

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards

- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable and flexible availability for evenings and weekends

- Basic cash handling and administrative skills

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
