United Cellars is looking for articulate, well spoken, enthusiastic, tenacious and money-hungry individuals, who desire to be the best, to join our phone sales team at our New Zealand Office, in Grafton, Auckland.
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate between $17 and $25 per hour.
Commission is uncapped with realistic, achievable per hour targets for all commissions.
Regular 'take-home' incentives and bonuses from our partner wineries.
We are located close to the city with easy access to cafes, restaurants and most importantly public transport. We have a diverse mix of people working in our office creating an energetic working environment.

What you need:
Proven track record of sales ability is key
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to achieve and exceed all targets
Ability to build rapport and associate with our clients
Previous Phone based Telesales experience and understanding of the telecommunications industry
A passion for wine
Monday - Thursday 11:30am – 7:30pm
Friday 10:30am – 6:30pm
Saturday 11am – 3:00pm
Previous successful candidates who have also come from backgrounds in real estate, hospitality, cellar door and collections.
