Housekeeping Supervisor
Distinction Luxmore Hotel – Te Anau, Southland
Distinction Luxmore Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards in guest accommodation.
About the Role:
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will help lead the housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest level. You’ll support daily operations, complete room checks, train and motivate staff, and assist with rostering and stock control.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience (hotel experience preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to lead, support, and motivate a diverse team
A hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail
Reliability and a positive, professional manner
