Food & Beverage Attendant / Bar Attendant

Located In Te Anau - Fiordland

As a F & B attendant & Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering an excellent experience to our hotel and casual guests.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests' needs are met.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining the dining area to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests.
• Recommend menu items, including specials.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages, following hotel standards.
• Collaborate with the restaurant supervisor and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with cleaning, resetting tables, and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in food or bar service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and enhancing the guest experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
