Assistant Kitchen Manager / Chef

We need a chef/grill cook who has experience and knows their way around the grill but can also lead a team and kitchen.

You’ll be joining an established crew who work hard, have a laugh, and are pretty pumped about where Red Star is heading with the new menu and the changes we’ve got coming up. If burgers are your vibe, even better ..we’re always keen to have people who can help us dream up new specials.

What we’re after

• Solid people management skills

• Can prep food and also run a grill through service

• Fast, clean, efficient

• Good under pressure

• Reliable and easy to work with

• Keen to jump in and be part of the team

• Bonus points if you’re into burgers and creating new ideas

• Duty Manager Cert or willing to obtain one
