Seasonal Grounds / Gardener Opportunity – Eagles Nest, Bay of Islands
Eagles Nest is an award-winning luxury retreat located in the stunning Bay of Islands, New Zealand.
We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Grounds person / Gardener to join our team over the busy period (December 2025 - April 2026)
About the Role:
Maintain the highest standards of within the grounds and exteriors of the villas.
Work closely with our team to ensure seamless guest experiences
Seasonal fixed-term role with varied hours (including weekends and public holidays)
Full and Part time opportunities available

Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering immaculate standards
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
