**Chef de Partie – Pizza Section
**Location: St Clair Beach, Dunedin, New Zealand
Looking for a great job by the beach? Join our friendly international team at our busy Italian restaurant right across from St Clair surf beach.
**What you’ll be doing:**
Working with top-quality ingredients including Italian flours, cured meats, cheeses and house-made sauces
Hand-stretching and preparing slow-rise dough
Prepping meats, cheeses, sauces and toppings
Cooking in a wood-fired oven
Being part of a fun, supportive, international kitchen team
**What we’re looking for:**
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy Italian-style pizzeria
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
A systems focused Chef
