If you are skilled waiter or bartender looking for a fresh start this is the perfect opportunity to join our special spot at St Clair beach.


*What we value is warmth and hospitality - you must be genuinely interested and highly engaged in service
*Wine knowledge is a plus - if you don't have this, no problem, we have someone who can teach you all you need to know.

Bartenders - we are looking for speed and precision - you'll work quickly and efficiently, for bar service and dispense.
Floor servers - prior quality restaurant/bar service experience - you must be able to confidently carry multiple plates, trays and be quick moving around our small space.

We are a small team and we work together by helping one another out.

You must be available throughout December-February for a mix of weekend/weekday shifts and hopefully longer.

A minimum of two years table service / bar experience

You'll be working with an experienced team in a systems led business, which means we work smarter not harder.
Pay is dependant on your experience; we will make sure you are well remunerated, fed and looked after.
We balance our employees interests outside work and build our roster around this.
