Chef de Partie – Wilderness Lodge Lake Moeraki (West Coast, NZ)
Join our small, dedicated team at Wilderness Lodge Lake Moeraki, set deep within Te Wāhipounamu World Heritage Area on the stunning South Westland coast. Surrounded by ancient rainforest, rivers, and wild beaches, this is a unique opportunity to live and work immersed in one of New Zealand’s most extraordinary natural environments.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team from now until the end of April 2026. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef preparing high-quality meals for groups and lodge guests. The role suits someone who is flexible, hardworking, and takes pride in delivering excellent food and service.

About You
