Motutere Bay TOP 10 Holiday Park is excited to announce that we’re now interviewing for our 2025/2026 summer season! We’re seeking enthusiastic Holiday Park All-Rounders to join our team, supporting our guests and helping to create exceptional holiday experiences.
Located on the stunning shores of Lake Taupo between Taupo and Turangi, we're offering postions to those travelling with their own campervans / caravans / motorhomes and available to live and work on-site. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in holiday park life, take on varied responsibilities, and work alongside a supportive management team.
Role Overview:
As a Holiday Park All-Rounder, your main goal is to ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding stay.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
Administration: Processing bookings, handling deposits, and assisting guests with arrivals, phone and email inquiries
Kiosk Duties: Selling ice creams, snacks, and stocking shelves
Customer Service: Greeting guests, supporting reception, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns
Health & Safety: Maintaining a safe environment by following company H&S policies and procedures
Cleaning & Upkeep: Ensuring that park accommodation, facilities, and common areas are clean and welcoming

Desirable Experience (not essential):
Hospitality, customer service, or cleaning experience
Knowledge of seasonal work in holiday parks or campgrounds
Requirements:
Flexibility with hours and days, including weekends and public holidays
Positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Preparedness to learn and adaptability to a varied role
Good proficiency in reading, writing, and conversational English
Hours: Seasonal position beginning December 2025 and ending post-Waitangi Weekend 2026. Hours vary between 20–50 per week during peak season.

Motutere Bay TOP 10 Holiday Park is the ONLY holiday park situated on the shores of the Great Lake Taupo. Nowhere else can you park your van or pitch your tent so close to the water’s edge! Due to the gentle slope of the park even the sites further from the water have great lake views. We even have cabins and self contained units for a little more comfort. The park is located about halfway between the townships of Taupo and Turangi making it the perfect base to explore the region. We are only 20 minutes’ drive from everything Taupo has to offer in summer, yet only 45 minutes from Whakapapa ski fields for your winter adventure!
